CNC Vertical Wheel Machining Center FMU-800A is the wheel CNC machine tool designed and manufactured by Haishu machinery according to our customer’s special technical requirements. The wheel repair lathe is composed of self-made mechanical parts such as the cast steel bed, spindle, fixing chuck and feeding mechanism, the advanced GSK numerical controlling system, the automatic measuring system, the famous brand servo motors, and the auxiliary parts like lubrication, light and cooling parts. It is also equipped with a 24 tools library, tool manipulator, automatic tool changer, automatic loading, automatic discharge, and automatic chip removal. The wheel CNC lathe is an important CNC machine of the automatic wheel production line. All CNC machines can be connected by the configured conveyor. The automatic wheel production line is cost-effective, high efficiency, and flexible operation, and it is widely selected by automobile wheel factories.
The customer from the USA contacted us asking for a wheel CNC machine. After confirming the wheel size they told us they need producing the wheel instead of repairing it. At the same time, they sent uspictures of their wheels. The engineer suggest they provide drawings so that we can customize the machine for them. A few days later they sent me their drawings, we choose the machine size depending on the wheel size, and customized configurations according to the processing technology. Finally, we choose CNC Vertical Wheel Machining Center FMU-800A, and rendering of the machine is provided, and the demonstration animation of the entire production process of the equipment is provided. Our fully automatic design, efficient production, and small footprint make our customers very happy. They asked for a PI directly and arranged to pay the deposit.
After the CNC Vertical Wheel Machining Center FMU-800A, they accept the machine through video, and end the trial processing was carried out according to the customer’s drawings, and the customer recognized the production process and the processed wheel very much.
